能見台駅近のナイス酒場に土曜夜来ました。店主さんが漁師で、畑も持っているので恐ろしく地産地消のお店です。 葉物野菜の煮浸しのお通しと、日本海の港町クオリティのイカ塩辛¥480をあてにお酒が進みます。 1人刺し盛り¥1800はマダコ・真鯛・赤サバ・ハマダイ・ワラサ・イサキでした。しっかり仕事がしてあって、最高の甘みと舌触りでした。 最後に常連さんのオススメの酒盗タコチーズ和え¥780でフィニッシュです。いつまでも続いてほしい名店です。ご馳走様でした。
